Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems specifically engineered for scalability and deployment in 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives in generative adversarial networks (GANs), large language models (LLMs), and quantum machine learning integration.
- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints that align with long-term 2026 objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and efficiency to handle next-gen data volumes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and SDKs is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving unsolved problems in distributed systems and artificial intelligence.
