- Partner with C-suite to align future-proof strategies with business objectives
- Curate and analyze global trend data to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage incubation projects for emerging technologies with $5M+ annual budget
- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology disruptors: quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
