Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies and speculative design practices
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact on human augmentation and societal resilience
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology architecture with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or policy frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety protocols)
- Published author or recognized speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent futurism forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 10-year horizon planning implementations
- Certification in ethical AI governance or sustainable technology frameworks
