Responsibilities
- Architect and publish comprehensive trend analysis reports covering technological, social, and economic megatrends through 2026
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight platforms to quantify emerging market opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer breakthrough research
- Create executive-level scenario planning for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Author thought leadership content positioning FutureHorizon as the future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Mastery of futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation strategies
