Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data for the 2026 landscape.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with legacy infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of autonomous agents and predictive analytics engines.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
