Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models capable of autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in the research of Neural Interfaces and Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI).
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical, user-centric applications.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for ethical AI development and safety.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Neural Network architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
