Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and basic diagnostics for internal systems.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate digital logs.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to transfer critical information and escalate issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets and customer interactions.
- Participate in nightly security audits and system backups.
- Learn and apply software updates and maintenance protocols under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (0-2 years experience).
- Strong interest in IT, Customer Support, or Operations Management.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software functionality.
