Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and tickets during assigned night shift hours.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and maintenance of internal databases to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects and issues.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on operational workflows and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project planning activities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of customer service principles or technical support concepts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
