Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist in resolving night-time customer escalations via chat and email.
- Monitor system logs and report technical anomalies to the IT department.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Update and maintain client databases and internal records.
- Perform quality assurance checks on daily reports.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available for the full summer duration.
