Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure using monitoring toolsDocument incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and knowledge transfer
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance windows during off-peak hours
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Train on proprietary software and industry-standard platforms
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Must be able to work 32+ hours/week on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication for documentation and reporting
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license required for occasional equipment transport
- Must be eligible for academic credit through your institution
