Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, JavaScript, and React frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy features in production environments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using AWS services
- Document code, create technical specifications, and conduct peer code reviews
- Present project progress and technical solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Sophomore-Senior standing)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud computing concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in code quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during Summer (May-August) or Fall (August-December)
