Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees and clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incident reports and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with system upgrades and security patches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in weekend system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
