Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks and data entry during evening hours.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues for internal users.
- Provide tier-one technical support and customer service via chat and email.
- Maintain accurate logs of shift activities and nightly reports.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Participate in nightly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, primarily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
