Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems during night operations.
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Analyze nightly system logs and report anomalies to the senior engineering team.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues impacting night-shift productivity.
- Perform basic data entry and verification tasks related to nightly reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and database structures.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
