Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams and databases during overnight hours to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine data entry, cleansing, and validation tasks using Salesforce and Excel.
- Generate nightly performance reports and compile statistical data for the New York leadership team.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in data sets for senior analysts to review.
- Assist in the development and testing of new data processing scripts under supervision.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and internal data.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of information and projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to commit to a 3-4 month internship program.
