Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify customer data into our CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Process nightly invoices and assist in generating daily operational reports.
- Monitor email support queues and respond to customer inquiries during off-hours.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all data entries are error-free.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth transition of information.
- Maintain the organization of physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the night operations team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or high school program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
