Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and night hours.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate routine reports for management review.
- Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
