What You'll Experience:

Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to charge nurses
- Assist in patient admission/discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care team communications
- Participate in emergency response simulations
- Complete weekly clinical competency assessments
- Support infection control protocol implementation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited healthcare program (Nursing, Med Tech, etc.)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with relevant coursework
- Availability for 3x weekly night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong written communication skills for clinical documentation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
