Responsibilities
- Assist night shift nurses with patient monitoring and vitals documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for overnight procedures
- Support patient admission/discharge processes during night hours
- Participate in interdisciplinary team huddles and case reviews
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) under supervision
- Respond to patient call lights and basic care requests
- Complete HIPAA-compliant training modules
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in accredited healthcare/medical program (Pre-med, Nursing, etc.)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Availability for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) minimum 20 hours/week
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure emergency situations
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
