Responsibilities
- Support nightly inventory reconciliation and data validation processes
- Assist with cross-functional coordination between departments during shift transitions
- Document operational metrics using proprietary software systems
- Participate in process improvement initiatives under supervisor guidance
- Maintain accurate records of nightly operational activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve shift-specific challenges
- Complete required academic assignments for college credit
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have transportation to facility
