Responsibilities
- Assist in comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the Charlotte and Virginia markets.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the project management team by coordinating cross-functional tasks and maintaining project timelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and compile detailed reports for executive review.
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes to ensure accurate follow-through on action items.
- Help optimize internal workflows by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting modern solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in business operations, marketing, or data science.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
