Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Update and maintain internal databases and project tracking spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and prepare presentation materials.
- Support the execution of upcoming summer campaigns and client outreach activities.
- Perform data entry and perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Freshman to Senior status).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher (if applicable to program requirements).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
