Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations during night shifts, ensuring accurate inventory management and order fulfillment
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and process optimization using logistics software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
- Contribute to quality control measures and compliance protocols
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and operational workflows
- Complete weekly progress reports and academic requirements for college credit
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (junior/senior preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
