Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize warehouse operations during overnight shifts
- Coordinate inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Assist in implementing safety protocols and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Support last-mile delivery coordination and route optimization
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational dashboards
- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior standing preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (commercial driving experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of WMS or inventory management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
