Responsibilities
- Support patient care coordination during overnight hours under direct supervision
- Assist with electronic health record documentation and data management
- Participate in cross-departmental operational audits and process improvement initiatives
- Shadow emergency department and critical care unit workflows
- Contribute to patient satisfaction surveys and quality assurance reporting
- Attend weekly professional development seminars with leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited healthcare-related program (nursing, pre-med, health admin, etc.)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain before start date
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for potential travel between facilities
