Responsibilities
- Assist in patient intake and documentation during weekend shifts
- Support clinical staff with sample preparation and equipment sterilization
- Coordinate patient flow and communication between departments
- Participate in weekend health screenings and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate medical records and inventory logs
- Shadow senior healthcare professionals during procedures
- Contribute to quality improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in healthcare-related program (Nursing, Pre-Med, etc.)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
