Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve tickets
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and audits
- Collaborate with global IT teams on projects
- Deploy and configure hardware/software solutions
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Availability for 3+ night shifts weekly
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
