Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night operations
- Monitor network systems and escalate critical incidents to senior engineers
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance and updates
- Maintain compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (IT/CS/Cybersecurity preferred)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with completion of foundational IT coursework
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Basic proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred but not required)
