Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and databases during the night shift.
- Assist in processing incoming data and ensuring data accuracy for morning reporting.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via email and chat platforms.
- Collaborate with the evening operations team to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct basic research and compile weekly status reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (Summer/Fall 2024).
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Las Vegas office.
