Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the engineering team in debugging software issues and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Content Creation: Help draft engaging blog posts, social media content, and technical documentation.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and marketers to ensure project goals are met.
- Project Management: Support project managers in tracking progress and managing documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
