Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and inquiries during night operations.
- Assist in data entry, documentation, and reporting of daily operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide user support.
- Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends relevant to our projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong interest in IT, Customer Support, or Business Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
