Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via chat and email during evening hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and documenting solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct routine system checks and report any anomalies immediately.
- Participate in nightly team stand-up meetings to discuss progress and blockers.
- Support the execution of internal software testing and quality assurance tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (home office setup).
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
