About the Role
You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery during off-peak hours. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented student who thrives in a quiet, focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational systems during evening hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Process incoming inquiries and support tickets with high accuracy and empathy.
- Conduct data entry, quality assurance checks, and report nightly metrics.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Document technical issues and suggest process improvements for the night operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās or Bachelorās degree program (Freshman to Senior).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 12 AM - 8 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely.
