Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain overnight IT infrastructure systems
- Assist in data analysis and reporting during low-traffic hours
- Participate in agile development sprints for client projects
- Document system logs and prepare daily handover reports
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
- Test and deploy updates during maintenance windows
- Support user ticket resolution during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 days/week)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in emerging technologies and startup ecosystems
