Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight hours to ensure 24/7 operational stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including server failures, security breaches, and software conflicts
- Document system performance metrics and incident reports using our proprietary tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and security patches
- Participate in after-hours testing cycles for new software releases and infrastructure upgrades
- Provide remote support to internal teams during off-peak business hours
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, cybersecurity principles, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work nights (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) and occasional weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license preferred (occasional on-site support required)
