Responsibilities
- Assist with night system monitoring and troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles for core applications
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Support data migration projects and quality assurance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature implementation
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Shadow senior engineers during on-call rotations
- Present project updates during weekly team standups
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited university program (Sophomore/Junior status preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
