Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct market research and analyze data trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions to ensure project alignment.
- Document technical processes, code snippets, and project requirements clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure product readiness.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation decks for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts or marketing principles (depending on track).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during summer break.
