Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during night shift operations
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Document processes and maintain accurate system logs
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to sprint reviews
- Support QA testing and implementation of new features
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Available for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) during Summer/Fall 2023
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL (based on team assignment)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous internship or relevant project experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
