Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Test: Identify and fix bugs in the codebase, ensuring high-quality delivery and system stability.
- Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
- Deploy: Assist in the deployment of applications to production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
- Tools: Basic understanding of version control systems (Git) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Schedule: Availability to work full-time hours during the Summer or Fall semester (20-30 hours/week).
