Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during night hours
- Document IT incidents and implement solutions
- Collaborate with global teams on security protocols
- Perform system backups and data integrity checks
- Assist with software deployments and patch management
- Train on proprietary monitoring tools
- Participate in cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Available for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site needs
