Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical processes and maintain project repositories.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and present findings to the management team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer months.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license (optional, depending on specific role requirements).
