Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal and external clients
- Document system incidents and resolution workflows in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and deployments
- Analyze performance metrics to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Participate in weekly process audits and compliance reviews
- Complete assigned training modules and skill development projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior status preferred)
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or customer service principles
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM) through August 2023
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night shift commute
