Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks to maintain accurate digital records for the night shift.
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming support tickets and customer inquiries.
- Assist in the generation of daily operational reports and logs.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM and database management software.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status).
- Must be able to work 3rd shift (evening) and weekends as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
