Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Document system performance metrics using proprietary analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response protocols
- Deploy security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Generate daily performance reports for senior engineers
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Train on cloud platform operations (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) schedule
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-call rotations
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
