Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to incident alerts
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Conduct routine system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cross-training for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
