Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through night shift coverage (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring and troubleshooting during off-peak hours
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Document processes and create technical documentation for knowledge transfer
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or SQL programming
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
