Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate materials, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Update and optimize job postings on various platforms to maximize visibility.
- Support the recruitment team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in recruitment events and campus outreach programs to build our employer brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and social media recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
