Role Overview:
As a Night Shift Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless workflow during off-hours, specifically supporting regional clients including our Florida branch.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily workflow processes and system checks during the night shift to ensure continuity of service.
- Client Support: Provide critical assistance to Florida-based clients via phone and email during peak evening hours.
- Data Management: Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into our CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot minor technical or procedural issues and escalate complex problems to the supervisory team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of shift activities, incidents, and resolutions for audit purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and remote teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Location: Must reside in or near Charlotte, NC.
