Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend operational workflows and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain office organization and manage inventory for weekend events.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to our weekend clientele.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly performance reports.
- Support the marketing department in preparing materials and logistics for weekend activities.
- Monitor and update project timelines to ensure weekend deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with a proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
