We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Night Shift Intern to join our growing operations team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and dashboards during night shifts to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical tickets and user issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine data entry, validation, and analysis to maintain database integrity.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles for the team.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication and task handovers.
- Conduct basic security checks and software updates as directed by senior engineers.
- Support the QA process by testing software patches and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Business).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a regular schedule.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our Charlotte office.
